QHSE Manager

Tone assumed the position in August 2025 and joins us with more than 20 years of solid experience in HSE and quality management, gained from, among other things, the process industry, the oil and gas industry, and the food industry.
With her strong expertise, drive, and infectious enthusiasm, we have gained yet another key contributor to our A-team.

In this role, Tone will have overall responsibility for leading, further developing, and professionalizing our work within quality, sustainability, and HSE.

A key area of focus will be strengthening the company’s safety culture and ensuring quality across all aspects of the organization.

She will also be responsible for establishing, managing, and further developing the company’s management system, including follow-up of certifications, recertifications, and continuous improvement in accordance with, among others, ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ISO 45001, ISO 3834-2, and EN 1090-2.

Tone is responsible for the safety representative function at Spot, and she is pictured here together with Arvid Langerud (Chief Safety Representative) during a safety inspection at our Rødmyr facility.

With this appointment, we are strengthening our long-term focus on quality, sustainability, and safety – both within our own operations and in the deliveries to our customers. Tone’s expertise and commitment will be an important contribution to the company’s continued development and to ensuring reliable and safe value creation going forward.
